Mark your calendars for  the Alice Paul Institute’s premier fundraising event – the annual Alice Paul Equality Awards gala dinner! We will gather on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Westin Mount Laurel to celebrate and honor individuals who work to promote gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.

 The Alice Paul Equality Awards honor individuals from any industry or field who capture the spirit of Alice Paul and, directly or indirectly, continue her mission of advancing women’s equality. This year API will honor both individuals and corporations who in each of the following categories:

Education

Empowerment

Equality

Corporate Leadership Award

Previous honorees include astronaut Sally Ride, Rutgers Chancellor Phoebe Haddon, and U.S. Senator Robert Menendez and Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney who are both sponsoring current ERA legislative efforts. The 2016 honorees included U.S. Women’s Soccer World Cup Champion and Two-Time Olympic Gold Medalist Carli Lloyd, Lieutenant Governor of New Jersey Kim Guadagno, and Mayor of City of Camden Dana L. Redd.

2017 Alice Paul Equality Awards

The 2017 Alice Paul Equality Awards was a SOLD OUT event! Over 350 people attended this annual gala dinner fundraiser at the Westin Mt. Laurel. This year’s event raised $5,000 more than last year!
