group photo_2016 ad picTeen api-appli-logogirls will prepare for their futures in the Alice Paul Professional Leadership Institute (APPLI): College & Careers program. This dynamic four-day program includes college campus and workplace visits to meet female professionals at area companies. Girls participate in workshops on the college application process, gain interviewing skills, and learn how to finance their college education. They also talk about how to choose the right (and realistic) school that matches your goals, develop their resume, refine their business etiquette and more. Includes a networking practice session with professional women from a variety of fields and interests.  This is a life-changing program for teen girls!

Girls will go on field trips to local universities and businesses where they meet with mentors and other community members. Each day includes icebreakers to help participants make new friends and wrap-up discussions that reflect upon their experiences.
