
This year’s overnight trip will be to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! During this trip, we will explore women’s history and art exhibits at the Science History Institute, Museum of the American Revolution, and the Fabric Museum and Workshop, as well as a walking tour led by 1838 Black Metropolis. Additional stops include the Liberty Bell, Independence Park, and great Philly eats.
When: Friday, July 31st to Saturday, August 1st
Where: Philadelphia, PA.
Who: Girls Leadership Council members, friends, parents, guardians, and family.
Transportation: We will be taking the PATCO train to Philly from the Collingswood Station, and utilizing the subway system and walking once in the city.
